DO YOU PROVIDE INSPECTIONS FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS?Yes, we provide detailed roof inspections for $75 per roof, plus an additional cost to file the damage report and other claim paperwork directly with your insurance company. We perform this turnkey service in two phases: 1. Roof inspection & damage report: Our roofing specialists will arrive at your property as scheduled to perform a comprehensive inspection of your entire roofing system. They will assess every component, from the shingles to the flashing. With this assessment, the specialist will then develop a damage report that outlines all of the weaknesses in your roof. 2. Report submission: We will submit your damage report to EasyScope for an Xactimate repair estimate, which will then be forwarded to your insurance company. From there, we will move forward according to your insurance company’s response to the submission. Most customers that we work with successfully gain approval for their insurance claim, and then we assist them through the adjusting process all the way through to the final roof replacement.

WHAT IF MY NEWLY INSTALLED ROOF LEAKS?When you hire Roof Monster to install a new roof, replace your old roof, or perform roof repairs, we include our 10-year craftsmanship warranty with the completed project. If there are any leaks in your roof after we service it, we will repair the roof PLUS any additional property damage caused by the leak, free of charge.
